Jan 25th was the first Drupal Tokyo Meet Up of 2012 and by all accounts a massive success...

With the event fully booked, a great mix of people interested in Drupal arrived at the KDDI building in Kojimachi. There was a fine mix of nationalities and individuals from several fields including developers, business professionals, designers, hobbyists, journalists, translators, and marketers.
The presentations were engaging to both novices and experienced users. The next meet up is being planned for early spring. It is likely to be something of a bi-monthly event, continuing the same style, of networking, learning, socializing and guest presentation. Oh, and must not forget about the beers and pizza!
